Changes to my study programme 馃樉
As a dedicated and passionate Renewable Natural Resources Engineering student at the University of Chile, I’ve experienced the challenges and opportunities of my study program. Being part of the 2021 generation, we’re the first to experience a curriculum change, making us “guinea pigs” for the faculty. I value the inclusion of a semester of elective courses in the curriculum. However, the academic workload is high. It would be beneficial to distribute it more evenly throughout the program. This could alleviate student pressure and allow us to delve deeper into each topic. The faculty facilities are appreciable, especially the green environment of the campus. However, maintenance is required for many buildings and green areas. It would be helpful if the university could invest in these facilities to enhance our learning experience.
